The
pub was named after the first Hayling lifeboat gained in 1865. It was
32 feet long and had 10 oars.
The Olive Leaf is situated on the seafront about 1/4 mile west of Eastoke corner. Ideally situated, the pub looks out over The Solent & Isle Of Wight. ![]() |

Directions: From the A27 take the Havant turn off and follow the directions for Hayling Island. Proceed across the bridge onto the island. Continue for about 3 miles and at the roundabout turn left. Follow the road through Mengham. At the seafront turn left and the Olive Leaf can be found about 1/2 mile down on the left. | |||||||
